About platform24

Platform24 is a provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions in the healthcare sector and the leading telemedicine provider in the Scandinavian region. Today, platform24 provides the telemedicine infrastructure for entire healthcare systems in Sweden: 80 percent of privately insured patients and 50 percent of publicly insured patients are users of the digital platform, which has already been implemented more than 100 times. Over 500,000 digital patient contacts take place per month.

Challenges

The market for patient platforms in Germany was already highly competitive when platform24 entered the market. At the same time, providers were confronted with clinics for whom digital services and SaaS models were uncharted territory. In this setting, the task was to develop a positioning for platform24 and, based on this, themes that would set the company apart from the rest of the market and make the concrete benefits for clinics tangible.
